5/15/2023 0 Comments Udig glassdoor![]() ![]() I even got a call from UDig after work hours to talk about an immediate opportunity that’s available and submitted my resume the same day after making sure I’m comfortable with the requirements. This type of communication and reassurance made me feel very comfortable and made me feel my recruiter (Rob Brinkley) was really working for me. Meanwhile, UDig frequently communicated with me (even though they don’t have any update from the client) they would call me and tell me that they are following up with them and that they are also waiting for a feedback from the client. When I was searching for jobs, as it was almost end of year, it took a great deal of time for each client to respond to my resume. Thanks Jeff, Gordon and Tanya for making me part of the team! Like the friend that recommended UDig to me - I will always recommend my friends to UDig when looking for employment. Today, I am a full-time employee with the company Jeff Bonniwell and Gordon Kelly placed me with and couldn't be happier with where I've landed. As part of the UDig team, Jeff did not forget me - he remained in contact with me to make sure I was happy with my placement and that the company I was contracted with, was happy as well. Tanya provided personal attention walking me through my new benefits package, provided training on the ADP self-service site and answering my questions even after day one. The onboarding process at UDig was also a great experience. Jeff did not try to put me in a "this will do for now" position - he listened to what I was looking for and helped placed me in a position he knew I would be happy with and provided room for advancement. Within a day or two of contacting UDig, I was brought in to meet my recruiter, Jeff Bonniwell, review my resume and discuss what I was looking for. ![]() In 2011, I found myself unemployed and was recommended by a friend to check out UDig. ![]()
