The story follows a witch and her cat as they happen upon some animals who help the witch. Not only will they love hearing about ghosts and witches, but reading together is also a great way to bond as a family. Halloween is a magical time of year, and there’s no better way to get kids into the spirit than by reading them some Halloween stories. Below are some Halloween-themed ideas to keep your kids busy this fall! Kids’ Halloween Books There are numerous kid-friendly activities that are not only fun but educational and engaging too. Halloween is a great time to get kids excited about learning. That’s it! It’s a simple, kid-friendly Halloween craft for kids. ![]() Use a black marker to draw on wrinkles below the eyes, 2 nose holes, the mouth and some stitches along the pumpkin. Position the eyes in the middle of the pumpkin and glue them in place. Place the stem on the top of the pumpkin and glue it to the back. Trim off the excess paper that hangs off the top. Next, take the pink brain and glue it to the top of the pumpkin. ![]() Finish by gluing the dark green piece to the left and back of the green piece. Make the other side of the pumpkin by gluing the green piece to the left and back of the center piece. Next, glue the center light green part to the middle.
